Grebe Canal Cruises Ltd. are a long established pleasure boating business located at Pitstone Wharf on the Grand Union Canal at the edge of the Chiltern Hills. We operate public canal trips and accept private charter party bookings. Self steer day hire boats are also available. |

| Our trip boats can be chartered for Parties for morning, afternoon or evening trips. We offer a range of catering options from tea and biscuits to fish & chips or we can suggest a caterer who can supply a range of menus. You're also at able to cater for your party yourself. |
Our Gift Shop is open when boat trips are operating.
Pitstone Wharf hosts the Waterside Café that serves breakfasts, teas, snacks, light lunches and can usually cater for groups and parties by prior arrangement.
Please note that our office is normally only open between 10am and 3pm on Mondays
to Fridays from 1st November until 1st March and open daily during
the rest of the year.
At weekends and on selected other days between Easter and October, you can join a boat trip to Marsworth and back; some of these trips include a cream tea. Teas, drinks and snacks are available on board. You are strongly advised to reserve your seats in advance by telephone.
For a day out with your family or friends we have two little boats for
self steer Day Hire that are really
easy to drive for your group of up to ten. A day cruise is a splendid way
to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or family outing. Bring a nice picnic
and maybe a bottle of wine. The boat has a small kitchen (galley) with
running water and a toilet compartment so it is like a home from home.
Alternatively, you can ease your preparation worries and order freshly made
sandwiches for your day out from the Waterside Café.
Our self steer boats are also be available for evening hire during June and July.
We are easy to find, being about 8 miles from Aylesbury, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. Access to the M1 and M25 motorways is straightforward making us easily accessible to customers from the south coast, Birmingham and London - Map.
There is always something happening at Pitstone Wharf, particularly on sunny summer weekends, so bring the family along and soak in the atmosphere of a working boatyard, or maybe take a ride on one of our trips.
